We had a nice stay at Tp63 On The Golden Palm in Chapel Saint Leonards. The on-site shop was amazing and there were different takeaways available including Chinese. The location was near the beach and the park for the kids. The staff and owner were affable and treated us like family. We truly enjoyed the time spent here.

The owner was super helpful and lovely, always available to assist us. The cleaner was kind and checked in on us regularly. The location was great, with everything we needed around and a park nearby for the kids. The caravan veranda was good, although some were broken. The property itself had a fantastic location, near the park but not noisy, with parking right outside. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The on-site shop was amazing, and there were various takeaways available. The shower in the caravan was surprisingly powerful. The property owner even went above and beyond by mailing back my grandson's clothes that he accidentally left behind. The caravan was spacious, comfy, and very clean. The site had good facilities, including a game room, children's play area, and seasonal indoor pool.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the caravan, including dirty beds and cutlery that needed rewashing. The shower didn't work properly and there was no hot water on our last morning.

The caravan had a leak through the skylight, making the floor dangerous and causing several slips. Not very clean, found false eyelashes on pillow and cutlery/plates/cups needed rewashing before use.
